The Quadrant Partner
The Quadrant Partner is a 70’ shallow draft tug with 1400HP. She’s been fitted with superior push knees for connecting to various sized barges, making her extremely manoeuvrable during landings and departures.
She has completed an extensive 9 month contract in Prince Rupert, moving barges loaded with construction aggregate, repositioning rigs, anchors, and providing on-site fueling. The Partner has proven to increase efficiency and reduce costs in its ability to land and pick up barges without an assist tug. She has worked safely in some of the most challenging weather and tidal conditions on the BC Coast, making her a valuable asset to any marine construction project.
